- 10 buncis atau sayuran lain sesuai slera.
- 10 cabe rawit utuh.
- Bumbu :.
- 5 siung bawang merah.
- 3 siung bawang putih.
- 2 kemiri.
- 1 sdt ketumbar.
- Salam.
- Lengkuas.
- Daun jeruk.
- Sere.
- Garam.
- Kaldu jamur.
- Gula jawa.
- 3 bj kluwek.
- 1 liter santan.
- Minyak untuk menumis.
Langkah Memasak Brongkos jogja
- Masak tetelan dengan teknik 5-30-10. setelah empuk sisihkan.
- Rebus kulit mlinjo,tolo, Iris buncis,tahu pong,siapkan santan.
- Haluskan bumbu.
- Tumis bumbu sampai harum.
- Masukan santen dan bahan2 lain,tunggu mendidih,tambahkan kaldu bubuk,koreksi rasa,masukan cabe rawit utuh tunggu cabe layu.
- Setelah matang matikan api,sajikan.
