- 200 gr mentega (butter).
- 100 gr margarin.
- 2 butir kuning telur.
- 200 gr keju parut.
- 400 gr Terigu.
- 2 sdm susu bubuk.
- Kuning telur untuk olesan.
- Keju parut untuk taburan.
Langkah Memasak Kaastengel
- Kocok margarin & kuning telur hingga lembut.
- Masukkan keju parut, aduk rata.
- Masukkan susu bubuk & terigu aduk sampai rata.
- Tipiskan adonan menggunakan roll pin, cetak bulat panjang.
- Taruh diloyang, olesi kuning telur taburi keju parut.
- Oven sampai matang.
