Bahan Membuat Kaastengel

  1. 200 gr mentega / butter.
  2. 100 gr margarine.
  3. 200 gr keju tua parut (sy 100 gr edam 100gr cheddar).
  4. 400 gr tepung terigu protein sedang.
  5. 2 sdm susu bubuk.
  6. 2 butir kuning telur.
  7. Bahan olesan.
  8. 2 kuning telur.
  9. secukupnya Keju cheddar parut.

Langkah Memasak Kaastengel

  1. Kocok rata butter, margarine dan kuning telur.
  2. Campurkan keju parut. Kocok rata.
  3. Ayak susu bubuk dan tepung terigu.. aduk dengan spatula.
  4. Tuang adonan ke plastik. Kemudian giling adonan dengan rolling pin sampai ketebalan kira2 0,5 cm..
  5. Olesi adonan dengan kuning telur. Kemudian taburkan keju parut. Potong adonan kastengel.
  6. Susun kastengel pada loyang. Panggang selama 15 - 20 menit. Selamat mencoba ! 🥰.
