  2. 200 g keju tua parut.
  3. 400 g tepung protein rendah.
  4. 2 sdm susu bubuk.
  5. 2 btr kuning telur.
  6. Bahan olesan.
  7. 2 btr kuning telur, kocok lepas dengan 1 sdm susu cair.
  8. Bahan taburan.
  9. Keju parut.

Langkah Memasak Kaastengel

  1. Campur mentega dengan kuning telur, sampai tercampur, masukan keju parut, aduk, masukan tepung terigu, susu bubuk.
  2. Pulungin, semir dengan kuning telur, taburin sama keju parut..
  3. Panggang 150 C selama 30 menit..
