  2. 75 gr susu bubuk full cream.
  3. 1 sdt vanili bubuk.
  4. 300 gr butter/mentega.
  5. 150 gr gula halus.
  6. 3 butir kuning telur.
  7. Secukupnya chocochips dan kismis.

Langkah Memasak Butter Cookies

  1. Campurkan terigu, susu bubuk, dan vanili, aduk hingga rata, sisihkan..
  2. Mixer butter/mentega bersama gula halus hingga rata (sekitar 1 menit). Masukkan kuning telur, mixer kembali hingga rata aja..
  3. Masukkan campuran tepung, susu bubuk, dan vanili ke dalam adonan, aduk perlahan menggunakan spatula hingga tercampur rata.
  4. Bentuk adonan sesuai selera, tempatkan dalam loyang yang sudah dioles mentega. Bisa tambahkan juga aneka hiasan sesuai selera (saya pakai chocochips dan kismis).
  5. Panggang dalam oven hingga warnanya matang keemasan (saya pakai suhu 120 selama 20 menit), pelajari karakter oven masing2 ya..
