- 125 gr Gula pasir halus.
- 2 butir kuning telur.
- 1 sdt vanilla.
- 270 gr tepung protein rendah.
- 30 gr maizena.
- 50 gr susu bubuk.
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
Langkah Memasak Butter cookies
- Mixer butter dan gula pasir dan vanila sebntar aj sampai merara, masukan kuning telur, mixer kembali sampai rata.
- Masukan bahan2 kering, saring dulu ya moms. Lalu aduk dengan spatula..
- Untuk hasil lbh renyah bisa didiamkan dulu di kulkas selama 15-30mnt. Habis itu ratakan dan cetak sesuai selera.
