- 150 gr Gula halus.
- 3 butir Kuning telur.
- 400 gr Terigu.
- Susu bubuk 3 sachet(bungkus kecil @27 gr).
- 1/2 sdt Vanili bubuk.
- Kuning telur 2 butir buat olesan.
- Gula pasir buat taburan.

- Kocok mentega +Gula halus sampai lembut sekitar 2 menit.masukkan kuning telur secara bergantian,kocok lagi hingga rata,,jgn terlalu lama supaya tdk overmix ya.
- Masukkan terigu +vanili bubuk+susu bubuk (diayak terlebih dahulu)aduk rata,bagi adonan menjadi 2,bungkus dg plastik wrap 1 bag nya dan mskkan ke dlm kulkas..
- Sementara siapkan loyang lapisi dg kertas roti,cetak adonan yang satu terlebih dahulu sampai habis,kmd olesi dg kuning telur sampai semua cetakan,kms ulangi lagi dr start awal mengoles cetakan,,olesi lg dg kuning telur(olesan kedua),lalu taburi dg gula pasir,oven dg suhu 150°api atas bwh sekitar 20-25 menit tergantung oven msg2 ya..ulangi cara td dg adonan yg di bungkus platis warp di kulkas ya sampai adonan hbs..
- Tips :adonan harus diaduk dg alat pengaduan bukan dg tangan spy suhu tubuh tdk mempengaruhi adonan(krn pakai full butter)..
- Adonan di bagi 2 bag dan dibungkus plastik warp spy adonan tdk kering krn suhu ruang agar adonan tdk mudah retak saat dipanggang..
- Jangan mengocok ato mengaduk adonan overmix spy pas dipanggang adonan tdk melebar..selamat mencoba,semoga bermanfaat...
