Bahan Membuat Butter cookies
- 3 sendok makan Margarine.
- 3 sendok makan Gula.
- Tepung terigu 7 sendok makan (perkiraan kalau tidak suka manis+).
Langkah Memasak Butter cookies
- Tuangkan gula + margarine kemudian aduk / mixer hingga gula halus (pakai gula halus lebih cepat).
- Setelah tercampur tambahkan terigu sedikit demi sedikit hingga tercampur semua.
- Cetak adonan sesuai selera saya seperti gambar di atas bulat" dipipihkan, kemudian kalau kurang manis / tambah hiasan gula di atasnya (jgn terlalu bnyak soalnya sudah manis).
- Oven sampai 8-10 menit sambil di lihat (saya pakai oven listrik).
- Setelah selesai keluarkan dari oven, biarkan dulu sampai dingin karena kalau dia dingin mengeras sendirinya. Selamat mencoba.
