Bahan Membuat Butter Cookies

  1. 200 gr butter.
  2. 50 gr margarin.
  3. 200 gr gula halus.
  4. 3 kuning telur.
  5. 400-450 gr tepung terigu segitiga (resep asli pake kunci biru).
  6. 2 sdm maizena.
  7. 30 gr susu bubuk (saya 1,5 sachet dancow kemasan 27gr).
  8. 1,5 sdt vanili bubuk.

Langkah Memasak Butter Cookies

  1. Siapkan bahan2 nya.
  2. Kocok butter, margarin & gula halus kurang lebih slama 10menit, kemudian masukkan kuning telur. Kocok hingga rata.
  3. Masukkan maizena, tepung terigu, susu bubuk & vanili, lalu aduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata.
  4. Adonan siap d cetak / bentuk sesuai selera, kemudian tata d loyang.
  5. Panggang sampai matang, saya pake oven tangkring (di resep aslinya dipanggang dengan suhu 150°c dengan api bawah hingga matang).
