Bahan Membuat Butter Cookies
- 200 gr butter.
- 50 gr margarin.
- 200 gr gula halus.
- 3 kuning telur.
- 400-450 gr tepung terigu segitiga (resep asli pake kunci biru).
- 2 sdm maizena.
- 30 gr susu bubuk (saya 1,5 sachet dancow kemasan 27gr).
- 1,5 sdt vanili bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Butter Cookies
- Siapkan bahan2 nya.
- Kocok butter, margarin & gula halus kurang lebih slama 10menit, kemudian masukkan kuning telur. Kocok hingga rata.
- Masukkan maizena, tepung terigu, susu bubuk & vanili, lalu aduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata.
- Adonan siap d cetak / bentuk sesuai selera, kemudian tata d loyang.
- Panggang sampai matang, saya pake oven tangkring (di resep aslinya dipanggang dengan suhu 150°c dengan api bawah hingga matang).
