  4. 20 butir telor puyuh.
  5. Bumbu.
  6. 4 biji kluwek.
  7. 6 siung bawang merah.
  8. 4 siung bawang putih.
  9. 1 sdm ketumbar.
  10. 2 butir kemiri.
  11. 1 cm jahe.
  12. 1 cm kencur.
  13. 6 cabe kriting.
  14. 10 cabe rawit.
  15. Laos keprak.
  16. 3 lbr daun jeruk.
  17. 3 lembar daun salam.
  18. 2 bks santan kara kecil.
  19. Air.
  20. Garam.
  21. Masako.
  22. secukupnya Gula jawa.

Langkah Memasak Brongkos

  1. Rebus daging,kacang tolo dan telor puyuh tahu dipotong2 miring dan digoreng setengah matang.
  2. Kemudian haluskan smua bumbu kecuali laos jangan lupa kluwek di rendam dulu trs campur dalam bumbu yg dihaluskan.
  3. Setelah smua siap tumis bumbu sampai harum masuk kan daun jeruk,salam dan laos aduk2 lg kemudian masukkan santan kara dan air.
  4. Lalu masukan daging,kacang tolo,telor puyuh dan tahu sampe matang aduk2 ya biar santan tidak pecah.oke selamat mencoba😍.
