  10. 3 siung Bawang Putih.
  11. 4 butir Kemiri.
  12. 4 biji Kluwek.
  13. 1 sdt Ketumbar.
  14. 1 ruas Kunyit.
  15. 1 ruas Kencur.
  16. 1 bungkus Kaldu Sapi.
  17. secukupnya Garam dan Gula.
  18. 1 batang Sereh (geprek).
  19. 4 lbr Daun Jeruk.
  20. 1 ruas Laos (geprek).
  21. 1 sdm Gula Merah.
  22. 1500 ml Air.
  23. 1 sachet Santan Kara.
  24. 1200 ml santan cair + 300 ml santan kental dari kelapa asli bisa jg.

Langkah Memasak Brongkos

  1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan sereh, daun jeruk dan laos tambahkan jg gula merah..
  2. Masukkan daging tetelan dan kacang merah..
  3. Tambahkan air ato santan encer, masak sebentar, masukkan tahu dan telur..
  4. Masak sampai kacang merah benar2 empuk. Setelah empuk, tahu dan telurnya berubah warna (meresap), masukkan labu siam dan cabe..
  5. Terakhir masukkan santan kara ato santan kental, tes rasa. Brongkos koyor udh jadi.....
