- 1/2 butir buah naga.
- 3 buah pisang emas.
- 5 sdm susu cair UHT.
- Topping.
- 1 buah pisang.
- 1/2 buah apel.
- 1/2 buah mangga.
- 1 sdm chia seed.

- Kupas pisang dan buah naga,lalu masukan ke freezer dlm wadah trtutup semaleman.,.
- Di lain hari, potong2 pisang lalu masukan ke blender bersama buah naga, beri susu UHT lalu blender hingga halus..
- Setelah halus, masukan ke mangkok dan beri toping buah yg sudh di potong2.. dan tdk lupa chia seed nya...
