- Marinasi ayam terlebih dahulu, tambahkan 1/2 sdm garam dan 3 siung bawang putih cincang. Diamkan kurang lebih 10 menit.
- Masukkan potongan ayam ke dalam adonan basah, lalu ke tepung kering. Goreng sampai matang.
- Saus : panaskan margarin, masukkan cabai, bawang putih cincang, 1/2 sdm tepung terigu yang sudah disisihkan tadi dan kuning telur asin, masak sampai berbusa.
- Masukkan susu cair, kaldu ayam bubuk dan irisan daun jeruk.
- Masukkan susu kental manis dan saus tiram, icip rasa. Jika kurang asin, bisa ditambah garam.
