  2. 1 sdt baking powder.

  4. 1/2 sdt bumbu spekoek (bisa diganti dgn kayumanis bubuk).
  5. 3 pisang ambon, lumatkan dgn garpu (k.l. 290 gr).
  6. 60 gr gula pasir.
  7. 40 gr gula palem.
  8. 1 telur.
  9. 1/4 sdt garam.
  10. 25 gr butter, lelehkan (saya: Hollman).
  11. 50 ml minyak (saya: Barco, kelapa).
  12. 1 sdt vanilla (saya: Golden Brown).
  13. 50 gr choco chips (bisa diganti kismis).

Langkah Memasak Banana Muffin (JTT)

  1. Siapkan bahan2nya terlebih dahulu. Panaskan oven pada suhu 180° C..
  2. Siapkan mangkok besar. Ayak terigu, baking powder, soda kue, dan spekoek. Aduk rata. Sisihkan..
  3. Siapkan mangkok sedang. Campur pisang, gula, telur, dan garam. Aduk sampai gula larut..
