Make dashi: In a large pot over medium heat, bring water and kombu to a simmer. Remove kombu as soon as the water starts to simmer. Miso soup (味噌汁, misoshiru) is a traditional Japanese soup consisting of a dashi stock into which softened miso paste is mixed.
Bahan Membuat Miso soup
- 1 lt air.
- 1 bh tahu cina / sutra.
- 1 sdm dashi (kaldu ikan).
- 1 sdt miso (saya pakai enachan).
- 2 sdm wakame (rumput laut kering).
- Secukupnya garam.
- 1/2 sdt minyak wijan.
- Wijen putih.
- Daun bawang (iris tipis).
Langkah Memasak Miso soup
- Siapkan panci, rebus air hingga mendidih. Masukkan tahu yg sudah dipotong kotak dan dashi..rebus kembali hingga mendidih kecilkan api.
- Masukkan miso yg dicairkan lalu wakame, tambahkan minyak wijen. Koreksi rasa. Bila kurang asin tambahkan garam.matikan kompor.
