I'm all for authentic but I also would like my Japanese miso soup right. Miso soup is super simple to make. I you have your dashi stock ready and have miso in your refrigerator, you are more than half way done!

- 3 bks kecil miso instant.
- 1 bh wortel (potong kotak).
- 1 bh daun bawang (iris tipis).
- 4 lmbr kecil nori (iris panjang).

- 600 ml air kaldu/air biasa.
