- 240 gr tahu sutra.
- 100 gr Miso paste.
- Kaldu ayam.

Langkah Memasak Miso soup
- Rendam rumput laut kering dalam air kurang lebih 5-10 menit.
- Potong daun bawang.
- Potong tahu sutra menjadi kotak2 kecil.
- Rebus air dan masuk kan kaldu secukupnya. Kaldu ayam bisa di ganti kaldu jamur. Lalu masuk kan kecap asin.
- Jika sudah mendidih masuk kan daun bawang dan tahu sutra dan kecil kan api kompor.
- Masuk kan miso paste dan rumput laut. Masak sekitar 2 menit lalu matikan api nya.
