- 1 potong wortel.
- 2 cangkir air.
- 1 sdt dashi.
- 1 sdm penuh miso.
Langkah Memasak Kabocha miso soup 🍁
- Didihkan air, masukkan dashi dan kabocha yg diiris tipis. Rebus sekitar 2 menit.
- Masukkan wortel yang diiris tipis dan rebus sekitar 7 menit.
- Matikan api, masukkan miso dan larutkan perlahan2.
- Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat.
