  2. 1 potong wortel.
  3. 2 cangkir air.
  4. 1 sdt dashi.
  5. 1 sdm penuh miso.

Langkah Memasak Kabocha miso soup 🍁

  1. Didihkan air, masukkan dashi dan kabocha yg diiris tipis. Rebus sekitar 2 menit.
  2. Masukkan wortel yang diiris tipis dan rebus sekitar 7 menit.
  3. Matikan api, masukkan miso dan larutkan perlahan2.
  4. Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat.
