  2. 2 jari Seaweed Kering, rendam air 5 menit, potong ssuai selera.
  3. secukupnya Air.
  4. 1 sdt dashi Powder (sy pake ).
  5. 1 sdt Kikkoman Soy sauce (sy pake yg low sodium-botol warna hijau).
  6. 3/4-1 sdm Miso Paste(Japanese Fermented soy Bean).

Langkah Memasak Japanese Miso Soup (Simple, Praktis)

  1. Didihkan Air, masukkan dashi Powder dan soy sauce, aduk rata, koreksi rasa..
  2. Masukkan Seaweed yg sdh dpotong2 dan Tahu. Masak sampai Mendidih dan matang..
  3. Matikan Api atau kecilkan api, Masukkan Miso paste melalui saringan sambil dtekan2 dgn sendok agar tdk menggumpal, Aduk rata (miso jangan dimasak saat mendidih agar aroma dan rasanya tdk hilang) Sajikan Hangat 😊.
