Bahan Membuat Miso tofu soup
- 1 liter air.
- 100 gr daging iris, me pakai yg untuk teriyaki biar cepat empuk.
- 5 potong tahu sutra, me tahu susu.
- 3 siung bawang putih geprek.
- Secukupnya daun bawang dan seledri iris halus, me daun seledri.
- 1 bungkus nori yg kecil.
- Secukupnya garam, gula, kaldu sapi, lada dan kecap asin.
Langkah Memasak Miso tofu soup
- Siapkan bahan, potong dadu tahu dan daging atau sesuai selera sisihkan.
- Rebus daging dan bawang putih hingga mendidih atau sampai daging empuk, buang lapisan atas ketika merebus daging supaya kuah kaldu bening, setelah itu masukkan tahu, gula, garam, kaldu, lada dan kecap asin, rebus lagi hingga mendidih, koreksi rasa.
- Bila sudah pas semua, masukkan nori yg sudah di potong, serta daun seledri yg sudah di iris halus, me punya sedikit babby kailan ikut di masukin 😁, matikan kompor, siap di nikmati, me di temani bakwan keriuk.
