  1. 2 kotak kecil tahu putih.
  2. 1 lembar daun sawi putih.
  3. secukupnya jamur.
  4. 1 sdt miso paste.
  5. 1/2 sdt dashi.
  6. 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur.
  7. sejumput wakame kering.
  8. sedikit daun bawang.
  9. 200 ml air.

Langkah Memasak Miso shiru (miso soup)

  1. Rebus air sampai mendidih..
  2. Masukkan tahu, masak sampai mendidih dan tahu matang.
  3. Masukkan sawi putih dan jamur, masak sampai matang kemudian matikan api.
  4. Dengan menggunakan saringan, campur miso paste, dashi, dan kaldu jamur ke dalam kuah tadi. aduk-aduk campuran miso paste tadi menggunakan sendok.
  5. Setelah tercampur, masukkan wakame kering ke dalam sup kemudian tutup.
  6. Tunggu selama 2 menit, wakame akan mengembang.
  7. Miso shiru siap disajikan dengan taburan irisan daun bawang.
