- 2 kotak kecil tahu putih.
- 1 lembar daun sawi putih.
- secukupnya jamur.
- 1 sdt miso paste.
- 1/2 sdt dashi.
- 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur.
- sejumput wakame kering.
- sedikit daun bawang.
- 200 ml air.
Langkah Memasak Miso shiru (miso soup)
- Rebus air sampai mendidih..
- Masukkan tahu, masak sampai mendidih dan tahu matang.
- Masukkan sawi putih dan jamur, masak sampai matang kemudian matikan api.
- Dengan menggunakan saringan, campur miso paste, dashi, dan kaldu jamur ke dalam kuah tadi. aduk-aduk campuran miso paste tadi menggunakan sendok.
- Setelah tercampur, masukkan wakame kering ke dalam sup kemudian tutup.
- Tunggu selama 2 menit, wakame akan mengembang.
- Miso shiru siap disajikan dengan taburan irisan daun bawang.
