Bahan Membuat Sate Babi(Pork Satay)🐷

  1. 500 gr daging kapsim,potong kotak.
  2. Tusuk sate secukupnya.
  3. Bumbu marinasi:.
  4. 10 siung bwg pth.
  5. 5 siung bwg merah.
  6. 4 bh kemiri sangrai.
  7. 4 lbr daun jeruk,buang tulang daunnya.
  8. 1 sdm kaldu jamur.
  9. 1 sdt garam.
  10. 1 sdm ketumbar sangrai.
  11. 50 gr gula palem.
  12. 3 sdm kecap asin.
  13. 5 sdm kecap manis.
  14. 1/2 sdt lada bubuk.

Langkah Memasak Sate Babi(Pork Satay)🐷

  1. Siapkan bahan marinasi,blender hingga halus.
  2. Siapkan daging kapsim yg sdh dipotong2 kotak,lumuri dgn marinasi.Biarkan semalaman dlm kulkas(atau minimal 4 jam).Lalu tusukkan ke dlm tusuk sate.
  3. Sisa saus marinasi tambahkan dgn 1 sdm kecap asin & 2 sdm kecap manis,aduk rata= sebagai saus olesan waktu sate dipanggang.
  4. Panaskan sedikit minyak (aku pake teflon),pake api kecil,panggang sate sambil dioles saus olesan sampai kedua sisi nya matang.
