Sate Babi / Pork Belly Satay There was this one lovely lady who went door to door selling pork satay when we were young, and me and my brothers would be really happy when my grandparents bought a portion for our lunch. Even though it was ages and ages ago. First on the list: the delicious pork satay I'd had at a night market on the north shore of Bali.

Bahan Membuat Sate Babi / Pork Belly Satay

  1. 500 gram Pork Belly.
  2. 2 butir kemiri sangrai.
  3. 2 cm lengkus memarkan.
  4. secukupnya ketumbar sangrai.
  5. 10 siung bawang merah.
  6. 4 siung bawang putih.
  7. secukupnya penyedap.
  8. minyak goreng untuk menumis.
  9. secukupnya air putih.
  10. 3 sdm gula merah yang sudah di serut.
  11. 1 sdm gula pasir.
  12. secukupnya kecap manis.

Langkah Memasak Sate Babi / Pork Belly Satay

  1. Haluskan kemiri, ketumbar, bawang merah, bawang putih. Lalu tumis hinngga harum. Kemudian tambahkan air secukupnya (kira2 daging bisa terendam, jgn terlalu banyak). Masukkan gula merah, gula pasir dan penyedap rasa. Aduk rata sambil masukkan kecap. Setelah mengental angkat..
  2. Campurkan daging kedalam bumbu pertama. Aduk rata kemudian diamkan selama 1 jam di dalam lemari es / diamkan semalaman agar lebih meresap..
  3. Tusuk daging dan bakar setengah matang, oleskan bumbu rendaman, kemudian panggang lg 2-3menit. Angkat lalu olesi kecap manis dan bakar lagi hingga matang..
