  15. 150 gram cream cheese.
  16. 50 gram gula halus.
  17. 1/2 sdm air lemon.
  18. 1/4 sdt pasta vanilla.
  19. 50 gram whip cream bubuk & 100ml susu cair dingin, kocok kaku.

Langkah Memasak Red Velvet Cake

  1. Kukus bit sampai matang, kemudian haluskan..
  2. Campur terigu, cocoa powder & baking powder. Aduk rata kemudian sisihkan..

  5. Tuang air lemon ke soda kue, langsung tuang ke dlm adonan, aduk sampai rata..
  6. Tuang ke loyang ukuran 20×20 tinggi 4cm yg sudah d oles margarin & tepung kemudian d alasi baking papper..
  7. Oven api bawah dgn suhu 180° celcius selama 45 menit hingga matang. Dinginkan..
