- 120 ml buttermilk, 120ml susu cair d campur dgn 1sdm air lemon.
- 1/2 sdt soda kue.
- 1 sdt air lemon.

- 50 gram margarin.
- 150 gram cream cheese.
- 50 gram gula halus.
- 1/2 sdm air lemon.
- 1/4 sdt pasta vanilla.
- 50 gram whip cream bubuk & 100ml susu cair dingin, kocok kaku.
- Crumble:.
- 50 gram unsalted butter.
- 50 gram gula halus.
- 60 gram tepung terigu.
Langkah Memasak Red Velvet Cake
- Kukus bit sampai matang, kemudian haluskan..
- Campur terigu, cocoa powder & baking powder. Aduk rata kemudian sisihkan..

- Tuang ke loyang ukuran 20×20 tinggi 4cm yg sudah d oles margarin & tepung kemudian d alasi baking papper..
- Oven api bawah dgn suhu 180° celcius selama 45 menit hingga matang. Dinginkan..
