Bahan Membuat Red velvet

  12. 1 sdt baking powder.
  13. 1 sdt soda kue.
  14. 1 sdt cuka dapur.
  15. Bahan cream chese.
  16. 250 gr cream chese.
  17. 100 gr unsalted butter.
  18. 300 ml whipcream dingin (150 whip bubuk+300ml air es).
  19. 2 sdm susu kental manis.

Langkah Memasak Red velvet

  1. Campur gula,garam,telur,minyak kocok sampai telur rada memucat,tambahkan vanila, pewarna merah,buttermilk disusul kopi.
  2. Masukan tepung,coklat bubuk,BP mixer atau whisk sampai rata.
  3. Campurkan soda kue,cuka aduk rata lalu masukan keloyang ukuran 20/18,4 loyang panggang disuhu 180 sampai matang.
  4. Buttercreamchese.
  5. Kocok sampai lembut cream chese lalu tambahkan butter dan whipcream cair kocok sampai rata dan lembut laku tambahkan skm dan kocok rata kembali sampai lembut.

  7. Butter milk harus dibiarkan 10 menit dulu baru bisa digunakan susu akan menggumpal gumpal seperti yogurt.
