Bahan Membuat Red velvet
- Bahan cake.
- 250 gr gula pasir.
- 2 telur utuh.
- 0.5 sdt garam.
- 250 cc minyak goreng (me anchor dilelehkan).
- 1 sdn pewarna cross merah.
- 2 sdt pasta vanila.
- 1 gelas buttermilk (250 susu cair hangat+2sdt air jerk nipis.
- 120 cc kopi panas tanpa ampas.
- 280 gr tepung terigu.
- 2 sdm coklat bubuk yg merah jgn hitam.
- 1 sdt baking powder.
- 1 sdt soda kue.
- 1 sdt cuka dapur.
- Bahan cream chese.
- 250 gr cream chese.
- 100 gr unsalted butter.
- 300 ml whipcream dingin (150 whip bubuk+300ml air es).
- 2 sdm susu kental manis.
Langkah Memasak Red velvet
- Campur gula,garam,telur,minyak kocok sampai telur rada memucat,tambahkan vanila, pewarna merah,buttermilk disusul kopi.
- Masukan tepung,coklat bubuk,BP mixer atau whisk sampai rata.
- Campurkan soda kue,cuka aduk rata lalu masukan keloyang ukuran 20/18,4 loyang panggang disuhu 180 sampai matang.
- Buttercreamchese.
- Kocok sampai lembut cream chese lalu tambahkan butter dan whipcream cair kocok sampai rata dan lembut laku tambahkan skm dan kocok rata kembali sampai lembut.
- Jika menggunakan whipcream bubuk kocok dulu diwadah terpisah.
- Butter milk harus dibiarkan 10 menit dulu baru bisa digunakan susu akan menggumpal gumpal seperti yogurt.
- Setelah adonan matang dan dingin alas setiap adonan dengan cream chese hias sesuai selera 🥰.
