Bahan Membuat Banana Tiramisu

  1. 1 bungkus spready cheese merk prochiz.
  2. 150 ml susu pisang.
  3. Pasta vanilla.
  4. 250 ml whip cream cair (1 bungkus richs/anchor yg kecil).
  5. 2 buah chiffon cheese cake dlm kemasan (chiffon yg banana lbh pas lg).
  6. 2 sachet nescafe.
  7. 1 sdm gula pasir.
  8. secukupnya Cocoa powder.

Langkah Memasak Banana Tiramisu

  1. Siapkan cheese dengan susu pisang banana uyu / indomilk di wadah. Klo mo susunya se kotak dituang jg gpp. Karena saya ingin agak cair jd saya agak tambahin susu - di mixer ya.
  2. Whipcream dikocok smp medium peak. Trus masukkan gula galus sedikit biar tambah manis jika blm cukup dan masukkan larutan agarasa 1 sdm dan air panas (boleh di skip).
  3. Masukkan larutan susu pisang td dan mixer dgn kecepatan sedang hingga rata.
  4. Potong2 chiffon dan siapkan larutan kopi.
  5. Susun chiffon dan basuh dengan kopi menggunakan kuas hingga rata.
  6. Tuang cream diatasnya dan ulangi. Loyang saya 350 ml jd saya dpt 2 lapisan. Chiffon - cream - chiffon - cream.
  7. Tambahkan cocoa powder diatasnya sbg topping.
  8. Diamkan overnight sebelum dinikmati. (kurleb 8 jam).
