  18. 3 sdm perasan jeruk nipis.
  19. 1 sdm saos sambal.

Langkah Memasak Pad Thai

  1. Haluskan cabai rawit merah, cabai keriting, bawang putih, ebi sangrai dan penyedap jamur/garam, sisihkan.
  2. Campur semua bahan saos menjadi 1, sisihkan.
  3. Cuci bersih tauge. Iris daun bawang dan potong2 kecil sekitar 1 atau 2cm daging ayam, sisihkan..
  4. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukan daging ayam dan sosis, aduk2 sampai merata.
  5. Tambahkan saos lalu aduk2 rata, masukan telur, buat telur seperti orak arik.
  6. Masukan tauge dan kwetiauw, lalu aduk sampai tercampur rata, tes rasa, angkat dan sajikan.
