Pad Thai When I prepared the recipe the sauce appeared to be miniscule in comparison to the main ingredients (noodles chicken sprouts). This was a problem as Pad Thai noodles must soak up a lot of flavor in order to compensate for their lack of taste. Bahan Membuat Pad Thai

  1. 2 sdm Bumbu dasar putih (lihat resep bumbu dasar saya).
  2. 1 sdm Jahe haluskan.
  3. secukupnya daun bawang.
  4. secukupnya daun ketumbar (boleh diganti daun seledri).
  5. 1/3-1/2 ruas wortel.
  6. secukupnya toge.
  7. secukupnya daging ayam.
  8. 3 butir telur.
  9. 1 1/2 bungkus mie pipih.
  10. secukupnya cabe merah.
  11. 1-2 siung bawang putih.
  12. 2-3 sdm gula palem.
  13. 2-3 sdm kecap ikan.
  14. 2 sdm cuka apel halal.

Langkah Memasak Pad Thai

  1. Campur cuka apel, gula palem, kecap ikan, cabe merah iris, geprek iris bawang putih, aduk rata, sisihkan.
  2. Didihkan air, beri sedikit garam dan minyak, masukan mie pipih setelah aldente saring, sisihkan. siapkan bumbu, daun bawang dan ayam, sisihkan.
  3. Panaskan minyak, setelah panas masukan ayam (adik saya yang satu ga suka ayam dicampurin, jadi pake dikit aja hehehe) masak ayam hingga berubah warna, angkat atau sisihkan dipinggir, masukan bumbu halus (bumbu dasar putih & jahe halus), setelah matang, masukkan daun bawang.
  4. Sisihkan tumisan bumbu, masukan telur, buat telur orak-arik di sisi satunya, setelah orak-arik telur jadi, campur dengan tumisan bumbu kemudian masukkan mie pipih yang telah ditiriskan dan pastikan enggak saling menempel, aduk rata.
  5. Masukkan campuran cairan bumbu, aduk rata (saya ingin sayurannya masih renyah, jadi saya masukan terakhir) lalu masukan wortel, toge dan daun ketumbar (boleh diganti daun seledri kalau tidak ada), aduk rata lalu matikan api.
