  14. 1 sdt kaldu jamur.
  15. 2 sdm garlic margarin (boleh skip).
  16. 3 sdm minyak goreng.

  18. Segengam tauge segar.
  19. 1 batang bawang daun bagian hijau.
  20. 1 sdt kacang goreng (cincang kasar).
  21. 1 buah jeruk nipis.

Langkah Memasak Pad thai

  1. Panaskan pan. Masukkan garlic margarin & tumis bawang putih hingga harum..
  2. Masukan ebi kering, tumis hingga harum..
  3. Masukkan udang, kwetiau, bawang daun bagian putih, larutan asem Jawa, kecap ikan, kecap asin, gula pasir & kaldu jamur. Sisihkan tumisan dipinggir pan. Masukkan telur, orak arik telur. Tunggu telur setengah matang, aduk rata. Tes rasa.
  4. Matikan api kompor. Tambahkan tauge dan chili flake. Aduk rata.
  5. Taruh ke piring saji, taburi kacang goreng, tauge segar, bawang daun & cabe bubuk..
  6. Sajikan dengan irisan jeruk. Kucuri jeruk diatas pad thai. Siap santap.
