Bahan Membuat Classic Pad Thai || Bihun/Kwetiau Goreng Thailand

  1. 🍃 Bahan utk saus :.
  2. 1/4 cup gula merah sisir (saya: brown sugar).
  3. 1/4 cup fish sauce (saya: oyster sauce).
  4. 1/4 cup tamarind paste (asam jawa thailand) boleh asam jawa kita.
  5. 🍃 bahan lainnya :.
  6. 1 pack (250 gr) bihun / kwetiau kering.
  7. 2 sm cacahan bawang merah & putih.
  8. 300 gr udang, kupas lalu kerat punggungnya.
  9. 2 butir telur >> bikin orak arik.
  10. 1 ons daun kucai fresh.
  11. 1 sm ebi cacah (saya: ebi kriuk pedas bon cabe).
  12. 3 bh tahu, potong² lalu goreng.
  13. 2 ons toge, buang ekornya.
  14. 2 ons kacang tanah goreng.
  15. Secukupnya chilli flakes.

Langkah Memasak Classic Pad Thai || Bihun/Kwetiau Goreng Thailand

  1. Siapkan bahan². Bihun / kwetiau kering direndam air dingin setelah lemas tiriskan. Siapkan jg cacahan bawang merah & putih. Asam thailand kupas kulitnya. Daun kucai potong².
  2. Saya menggunakan : ebi kriuk pedas, daun kucai dan tamarind spt gbr ini.
  3. Goreng kacang tanah lalu tumbuk kasar. Tahu potong² dan digoreng >> sisihkan.
  4. Siapkan "Tamarind Paste Homemade". Kupas kulitnya, buang biji, ambil daging buahnya lalu + 1/4 cup air >> blender halus >> sisihkan.
  5. Buat saus nya : Aduk rata semua bahan saus, lalu masak hg mendidih dan mengental >> sisihkan.
  6. Persiapan memasak Pad Thai : 1/. Tumis bawang merah & putih hg kuning. 2/. Masukkan udang hg berubah warna. 3/. Masukkan tahu dan sebagian daun kucai >> aduk rata.
  7. Kemudian masukkan : 1/.sebagian toge >> aduk rata. 2/. Lalu bihun >> aduk rata + saus nya >> aduk lg hg merata semua. Koreksi rasa jk masih kurang bisa + saus tiram secukupnya. Terakhir 3/. Masukkan telur orak arik yg sudah kita masak dg pan lain >> aduk rata lalu matikan api.
  8. Siapkan bahan² utk kita tata.
  9. Dipiring taruh bihun goreng lalu sekeliling nya tata melingkar : potongan daun kucai, udang goreng, cacahan kacang tanah, ebi kriuk pedas & potongan jeruk nipis (yg nantinya diteteskan diatas bihun), terakhir topping dg toge mentah. Sajikan 😋👍.
