- 1 sdt bubuk cabe (bon cabe).
Langkah Memasak Classic Pad Thai
- Siapkan bahan bahan yang di butuh kan.
- Panaskan wajan, tumis bawang bombay hingga harum, kemudian bawang putih, masukan ebi kering, baso, tumis 1 menit.
- Tambah kan kwetiau, asem Jawa, kecap ikan, gula pasir, tumis 1 menit, sisihkan tumisan, pecah kan telur, orak arik telur. Tunggu telur kaku, kemudian campur tumisan. tumis 1 menit..
- Tambahkan sayuran, tumis 1/2 menit, angkat.
- Taruh ke piring saji, taburi kacang, cabe bubuk, dan irisan jeruk nipis, siap di sajikan untuk berdua..
