Bahan Membuat Pad Thai

  1. 150 gram kwetiau kering.
  2. 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus.
  3. 2 bh cabe merah, iris tipis.
  4. 1/2 sdm ebi, rendam air panas, memarkan.
  5. 1 sdm kecap ikan.
  6. 2 sdt kecap asin.
  7. 1/4 sdt garam.
  8. 1/4 sdt merica bubuk.
  9. 1/2 sdt gula pasir.
  10. 2 btr telur, kocok lepas.
  11. 125 ml air kaldu ayam.
  12. 75 gram tauge.
  13. 1/2 !sdm asam jawa, dilarutkan dlm 2 sdm air.
  14. Minyak utk menumis.
  15. Pelengkap:.
  16. 50 gram kacang tanah sangrai.
  17. 1 bh jeruk nipis.

Langkah Memasak Pad Thai

  1. Rebus kwetiau kering sebentar saja sampai agak lunak, tiriskan dan sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan wajan. Tuang minyak. Tumis bawang putih dan cabe iris sampai wangi lalu masukkan ebi yg sudah dimemarkan, aduk rata, sisihkan di tepi wajan.
  3. Tambahkan sedikit minyak, orak-arik telur, lalu masukkan kwetiau.
  4. Tambahkan kecap asin, kecap ikan, garam, gula, merica, aduk rata.
  5. Masukkan air kaldu, aduk rata dan masak sampai meresap. Koreksi rasa.
  6. Terakhir masukkan taoge dan air asam, aduk rata.
  7. Sajikan hangat, boleh taburi dg kacang tanah sangrai jika suka.
