  15. 1 sdt bubuk cabe (bon cabe).
  16. Irisan jeruk nipis.

Langkah Memasak Pad Thai

  1. Didihkan air 300 ml, rebus kwetiau 3 menit, Angkat siram air tiriskan.
  2. Panaskan wajan masak asam jawa, kecap ikan, gula jawa, gula pasir, 1 menit, sisihkan.
  3. Panaskan wajan bersih, tuang minyak jagung, tumis bawang merah bawang putih hingga harum..
  4. Pecah kan telur, tumis hingga kaku, tambahkan ebi, tumis hingga harum..
  5. Tambahkan kwetiau dan Saus asam, tumis 1 menit, tambah kan toge dan daun bawang aduk tumis sebentar, Angkat..
  6. Taruh ke Piring saji, taburi kacang, gula pasir, dan bubuk cabe, beri irisan jeruk nipis, siap di hidangkan..
