  7. Secukupnya cabe kering.
  8. Untuk saos:.
  9. 1 sdm kecap ikan.
  10. 1 sdm kecap asin.
  11. 2 sdm palm sugar.
  12. 1 sdm gula pasir.
  13. 1 sdt garam.
  14. 1 sdt cuka.
  15. Secukupnya kaldu bubuk.

Langkah Memasak Pad thai

  1. Campurkan semua bahan saos, sisihkan.
  2. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum..
  3. Masukkan telur, masak sampai matang.
  4. Masukkan mi (saya pkai kwetiau basah). Masukkan campuran saos. Aduk sampai merata.
  5. Masak hingga saos meresap sepenuhnya ke mi. Matikan kompor.
  6. Masukkan kacang tanah, daun bawang dan cabe kering bubuk. Koreksi rasa. Sajikan.
