Chicken Pad Thai Fold-Over Omelette Style Normally a pad Thai omelette would be full on pad Thai in an omelette but since I was looking at a breakfast version I decided to go with a slightly lighter version where I omitted the rice noodles. So essentially this is an omelette that contains all of my favourite flavours and ingredients from pad Thai. Pad Thai, which means "Thai-style stir-fried noodles", is a popular Thai street food meal and one of the Drizzle one tablespoon of vegetable oil over the softened noodles to keep them from sticking.

  5. 50 gr Tauge.
  6. 20 gr Kucai.
  7. 30 gr Wortel.
  8. 10 gr Bawang putih.
  9. 30 gr Bawang Merah.
  10. 80 gr Saus Pad Thai homemade.
  11. 2 butir Telur Ayam (untuk 2 dadar).
  12. Secukupnya minyak sayur untuk menumis.

Langkah Memasak Chicken Pad Thai Fold-Over Omelette Style

  1. Siapkan semua bahan-bahan.
  2. Kocok telur dan sedikit garam.
  3. Buat telur dadar menjadi dua.
  4. Panaskan minyak sayur, tumiskan tahu sampai kecoklatan. Masukan irisan bawang putih, bawang merah dan ayam. Aduk rata masak ayam sampai kaku..
