Bahan Membuat Pad Thai
- 200 gr rice noodles (saya pakai merk papa).
- 8 buah udang kupas.
- 2 buah tahu kuning, potong dadu (saya pakai yun yi).

- 4 bh bawang putih (cincang).
- secukupnya taoge jepang.
- secukupnya daun kucai.
- 2 sdm minyak goreng.
- Bumbu Pad Thai (campurkan semua bahan menjadi 1).
- 2 sdm asam jawa (dicairkan dengan 60 ml air hangat, saring).
- 3 sdm saos tomat.
- 4 sdm minyak ikan.
- 1.5 sdm kecap manis.
- 1.5 sdm saos tiram.
- 3 sdm minyak sayur.
- 2.5 sdt kaldu jamur.
- 1.5 sdm gula pasir.
- 1/4 sdt lada.
- Bahan Pelengkap.
- kacang tanah tumbuk.
- gula pasir.
- cabe bubuk.
- jeruk nipis.
Langkah Memasak Pad Thai
- Seduh rice noodles selama 5 menit. Setelah 5 menit siram dengan air suhu ruangan. Tiriskan. (jika setelah beberapa saat mie lengket kembali siram lagi dengan air suhu ruangan).
- Masukkan minyak secukupnya, masukkan tahu, goreng sampai matang. Kemudian masukkan udang dan telur, oseng2 sampai matang.
- Masukkan rice noodles dan bumbu pad thai, aduk sampai rata, cek rasa..
- Masukkan taoge dan kucai. Aduk sebentar (aduk hanya sampai rata bukan mematangkan sayur).
- Letakkan pad thai di piring. Berikan bahan pelengkap sesuai selera.
