Bahan Membuat Pad Thai
- 250 gr kwetiau kering merek jin fan ho fun.
- 1 pack bumbu instan pad thai merek kanokwan.
- 100 gr daging ayam.
- 100 gr udang segar ukuran sedang.
- 100 gr taoge.
- 2 butir telur.
- 2 siung bawang putih iris tipis.
- 1/2 jeruk nipis.
- 1 sdm saus tiram.
- 1 sdm kecap asin.
- 1 sdm kecap manis.
- 1 sdt cuka.
- 1 tahu kotak iris tipis2.
Langkah Memasak Pad Thai
- Panaskan air & tmbhkan minyak goreng spy tdk lengket wktu merebus kwetiau.
- Siapkan semua bahan2 yg dibutuhkan. Untuk tahu, ayam & telur sebaiknya digoreng dulu terpisah ya.
- Tumis bawang dan udang goreng sampai harum kemudian masukkan kwetiau rebus..
- Tambahkan bumbu, saus tiram, kecap manis, kecap asin dan cuka secukupnya.
- Sambil terus diaduk2 masukkan tahu, telur, daging ayam dan taoge. Kwetiau siap disajikan..
