Bahan Membuat Ebi Onigiri

  1. 1 ons udang.
  2. 2 siung bawang putih.
  3. 1 sdm mentega.
  4. 1 sdt merica.
  5. 1 sdt bubuk ketumbar.
  6. Nasi hangat.
  7. Nori (saya pakai mamasuka).

Langkah Memasak Ebi Onigiri

  1. Kupas dan bersihkan udang, baluri dengan merica dan ketumbar (saya tidak pakai garam karna saya masak pakai mentega), biarkan hingga meresap.
  2. Iris tipis bawang putih, panaskan mentega dan tumis bawang putih sampai beraroma, lalu masukkan udangnya dan tumis sampai udang matang.
  3. Siapkan nasi hangat, kepal dengan plastik wrap dan berikan isian udang sesuai selera (kalau udang nya besar saya isi 1udag, klo kecil2 bisa 3-4udang).
  4. Setelah dikepal, ambil nori dan langsung tempelkan pada nasi kepal, Ebinigiri siap disajikan....
