- 1 sdt minyak wijen.
- 1 sdt kecap asin.

Langkah Memasak Beef Yakiniku
- Cuci bersih daging yg sudah di iris tipis2, parut bawang putih dan jahe, masukan kecap manis, minyak wijen, kecap asin, saus tiram dan lada yg sudah di haluskan, simpan dalam kulkas, makin lama makin menyerap ya, kalau saya rendam malam masak pagi jadi bener2 menyerap banget ya mak.
- Masukkan minyak secukupnya, lalu tuang semua daging dalam rendaman bumbu, jangan dikasih air ya nanti dia bakal keluar air sendiri, tutup sebentar supaya daging empuk, kalau sekiranya lengket bisa kasih air tapi sedikit aja.
- Tes rasa ya mak, kalo aku sih ga perlu tambah garam gula, krn udah pas, mungkin bisa ditambah penyedap rasa sapi sedikit aja, sekiranya sudah empuk masukan irisan paprika dan bombaynya, jangan sampai layu biar begitu dimakan masih renyah paprika dan bombaynya, sajikan dengan salad dan mayonaise...
