  1. Potong daging setipis mungkin dan melawan serat biar tidak alot..
  2. Ulek bawang putih & jahe sampai halus. Kemudian pindahkan ke wadah dan tambahkan semua bumbu marinasi, aduk sampai rata..
  3. Masukkan daging yg sudah dipotong2 ke wadah bumbu marinasi, campur sampai rata kemudian diamkan di kulkas selama 1 jam..
  4. Setelah 1 jam, potong2 memanjang bawang bombay. Lalu tumis dg sedikit minyak hingga layu..
  5. Masukkan daging yg telah dimarinasi. Masak sampai daging matang merata. Tidak perlu ditambah air dan jangan dimasak terlalu lama karena nanti dagingnya jadi keras..
  6. Beef yakiniku siap disajikan dengan nasi panas 😊.
