  3. Rendam daging dengan bumbu marinasi kurang lebih 1 jam, diamkan di kulkas.
  4. Tumis daging yang sudah di marinasi, tambahkan air secukupnya.
  5. Masukkan bawang bombai.
  6. Masak daging hingga empuk.
