Bahan Membuat Beef yakiniku ☘️☘️

  1. 300 gr beef slice.
  2. 1/2 bwg bombay.
  3. 1 buah paprika hijau.
  4. 3 siung bwg cincang.
  5. 2 lembar daun salam.
  6. Secukupnya minyak dan air.
  7. Bahan rendaman.
  8. 1 sdm kecap manis.
  9. 1 sdm kecap asin.
  10. 1 sdm saus tiram.
  11. 1 sdt lada bubuk.

Langkah Memasak Beef yakiniku ☘️☘️

  1. Potong2 slice beef, cuci tiriskan. Siapkan bumbu rendaman, rendam slice beef, tdk perlu ditambah air ya. Masukkan dlm kulkas minimal 30 menit.
  2. Sambi menunggu daging potong memanjang paprika dan bwg bombay. Cincang halus bwg putih.
  3. Tumis bwg putih cincang, masukkan daging. Tambah air agar daging empuk. Setelah hampir asat masukkan irisan bwg bombay dan paprika. Jgn terlalu lama agar paprika dan bwg bombay tdk terlalu lembek. Koreksi rasa, sajikan.

The cuisine has its roots in post-World War II Japan, where Korean immigrants opened restaurants serving primarily horumon. For today's recipe, we added a Japanese touch to our very Filipino tapa by using beef yakiniku instead of the good ol' tapa. Compared to usual sirloin cut, the thinly-sliced yakiniku absorbs the sweet-salty-peppery taste of the marinade better.
